Recent new patient was made to feel comfortable and welcomed. Very polite and kind receptionists. Always helpful and can always get appointment or phone call

I have always found my GP practice staff to be polite and most helpful. I have never had a problem getting attention.

I did have a phone consult with 1 GP who I think should have taken things further for me.

I have found it more recently more difficult to get an appointment quickly to see a GP. Nurse appointments are easier.
